She brings a wealth of expertise in stakeholder program development, public-private partnerships, and business growth strategy. Her leadership is defined by a strong results-driven focus and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Throughout her career, Adaeze has consistently delivered exceptional results. As the Executive Director of Business Development at Total Security Insurance Brokers, she managed investments exceeding ₦30 billion and successfully brokered deals worth over ₦200 billion. While serving as Head of Public Sector Group at Globacom Ltd, she spearheaded strategic initiatives to acquire and retain high-value government and institutional clients. Her efforts resulted in a significant increase in Globacom’s public sector revenue while ensuring seamless delivery of tailored telecommunications solutions for public organizations.
Her banking career includes pivotal roles at Sterling Bank and UBA, where she led teams to achieve record-breaking results, including deposit liability growth, improved credit risk strategies, and enhanced customer retention.
Adaeze holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Sunderland (UK) and a PGD in Management Skills from Albion College London. She also earned a B.Sc. in Marketing from Delta State University. Her extensive local and international experience has made her a well-rounded professional committed to fostering economic growth and innovation.
